This book is a collection of guided meditations to bring you to a heightened state of awareness and profound connection to yourself and the world around you. Join me to explore the art of Divine Insight with the ancient practice of Lectio Divina. Translated to Divine Reading, this is a traditional monastic practice of the meditative reading of scripture and prayer, and connecting with the word of 'God' or a 'Higher Power'. Originally rooted in Western Catholicism, this practice can be adapted to connect with Secular texts and images to receive messages and connect with your own inner wisdom and landscape.
This practice is meditative, creative, spiritual, and imaginative, including 4 steps- Lectio, Meditatio, Oratio, and Contemplatio. The aim is to offer Sight into yourself and the Divine. I hope you can join me for this special experience to find connection through art.

The ultimate yin yoga experience. Walk into a delicious candlelit space, find a cozy spot and get ready for some healing and pampering to wind down your week. Class will begin with a meditation to let go of any tension and bring you fully into your body. Engage all of your senses and relax for a yin yoga class accompanied by gentle massage, Reiki healing energy and essential oils. Feel any stress melt away and leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and BLISSED OUT!
Please bring a mat & supplies for comfort, dress in layers, and some bolsters and blocks will be available for use.

We offer a sacred space for those who embrace nature and work to tap into their Divine Feminine through ritual, manifestation, meditation, and divination.
This month we celebrate the spring equinox with a discussion and meditation on renewing our energy, planting new seeds and celebrating the season. It is a suggested $10-15 donation for these sessions, the donation will include a handout on the subject for the month-come to share, learn and grow together
We will have a community altar set up if there is anything you would like to bring in to charge up with the energy of the day Please bring anything you'd like to share with the group, these are encouraged to be supportive, open discussions. We gather monthly in our sacred circles to connect, grow and share ways to honor ourselves, nature and live a Divine, magical life!

Akasha Yoga Series
Celtic Goddesses-Return to Avalon

Get ready for a return to Avalon in our next installment of Akasha yoga. In this 5 week series we will connect with 5 main Celtic goddesses and figures through ritual, movement and meditation. Each week we will work with the elements, stones, crystals, essential oils, a central altar space and more to connect with our own essential goddess within. Each week take home a ritual to work with each goddess for healing and manifestation.
This transformational series is only $90 and there are 8 spots in our sacred circle.
WEEK ONE-AIRMID-Celtic goddess of healing and herbal lore, she represents magic and learning. Associated to the elements of the earth and water, we will focus on grounding and connecting to the earth in our flow. Our sacred ritual to take home will work on our own healing and herbal alchemy.
WEEK TWO-ARIONROD Celtic goddess sky goddess represents karma, retribution, the moon, nurturing, unconditional love and is the weaver of fate. Our flow will connect with the element of air and ritual will cultivate patience and karmic fate.
WEEK THREE-BRIGID Maiden goddess of poetry, inspiration and the smith craft, she is known for divination, midwifery and healing. Associated with the elements of water and fire, we will focus on stoking our own flames in our flow for creativity. In our Brigid ritual we will work with her for a creative endeavor.

WEEK FOUR-CERRIDWEN This Celtic keeper of the cauldron of the underworld, Cerridwen is a dark goddess of transformation, inspiration, rebirth, prophecy, the moon, nature and wisdom. We will work in a sacred moon flow and take home a ritual to work with her towards transformation and a return to the essential self.
WEEK FIVE-MORGAN LE FEY This Arthurian legend sea goddess was a shapeshifter, fairy witch and sorceress. We will flow with the element of water and work with this goddess known as an antagonist as well as heroine, and take home a final ritual and meditation for this magical circle of the women of Avalon.
*Bring special token or items each week to place on central altar to charge up with the energy of the evening, you will have the option to purchase and take home crystal allies used in each class.
